Quality of Life Questionnaires

Quality of life following head and neck cancer treatment is very important to us and we are constantly researching (often by means of questionnaires) to refine the treatment we provide in different circumstances to improve the quality of life of our patients.

University of Washington HRQOL Questionnaire

The University of Washington HRQOL Questionnaire is one of the most often used questionnaires and has been used extensively in our unit. It has undergone extensive research and development.

Version 4 of the University of Washington HRQOL Questionnaire includes mood and anxiety domains.
